Can I use Honey for Surup?

FOR SYRUP, use these proportions: 2 cups of honey to 3-3/4 cups of water for tart cherries, plums, apples and strawberries; 1 cup of honey to 2 cups of water for pineapples, raspberries, peaches, black cherries, and blueberries.
