Damiana is a small bushy plant with yellow flowers. Damiana grows abundantly in dry, rocky soils and is generally found in Mexico, South America, Texas and West Indies.

Take internally (capsules, tea) for anxiety, asthma, colds, depression, headaches, nervousness and to stimulate the flow of urine, to relieve constipation, to remedy sexual and hormonal problems. It may also put you in a good mood and stimulate weight loss. You can take two capsules twice a day.
