MOTHERWORT

(Leonurus cardiaca)

    This herb is also known as Lion's Tail. There are about ten species of this perennial plant and it can grow up to four feet high.

    Take internally (tea, tincture) for nervous conditions, cramps, convulsions, stomach problems, female problems, infertility, agitation, sleeplessness, suppressed urine. Parts used: Flowers, leaves, stems.

Don't use if you are pregnant.
