MYRRH

(Commiphora molmol)

  100g of Myrrh.

From reading the Bible you can see that Myrrh has been used since ancient times, it was one of the gifts presented to the infant Jesus by the Three Wise Men. Myrrh can strengthen soft gums if used as a mouthwash, and it is also good for coughs, colds, stomach flu and asthma.

Take internally to stimulate menstrual flow. Apply externally (essentialoil) for wounds, skin diseases, athlete's foot and ulcers. Used as a gargle (Myrrh tincture diluted in water) it may help for gum problems, mouth sores, tonsillitis, and sore throats.

Myrrh is used in many perfumes and incense. Part used: Gum resin from the stem.

Don't take in large amounts since it can be toxic.
