You can make oatmeal out of cooked oats. This is how you make oatmeal:
Combine 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 3/4 cup of water and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on medium 3-5 minutes. Remove and mix well. Add cinnamon, raisins, suger or applesauce to taste.
